There's no usage examples in the docs

There needs to be some usage examples in the docs so people can figure out what's what.

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
- Tag set to “bug, documentation”
Added basic usage docs to the README. I think that'll do for 0.3.4 - it'll all be revisited in the proper-documentation-push of 0.4
